EXAPS membership is open to professional service firms that support expats and are willing to operate in line with our Code of Conduct. Typical member categories include legal, accountancy, real estate and related professional services.
At launch, our primary focus is, UK, Cyprus, Spain and Portugal. We intend to expand into additional locations over time.
In most cases, membership is designed for firms and practices. If you are a sole practitioner, you can still apply and we will review your application on its merits with fairness.
Membership means your firm has agreed to our Code of Conduct and to cooperate with us if required and work with ethical standards. It also means you can display the EXAPS Trusted Provider mark (subject to our brand guidelines).

Any setup fees (if applicable) will be clearly shown alongside the membership options. We aim to keep pricing simple and transparent.
If VAT applies, it will be clearly stated on your invoice.
We accept payment via invoice and the payment methods listed at checkout/on your invoice.
Annual plans are only available.
