For providers who choose to commit to our standards, EXAPS Membership offers a clear way to demonstrate integrity and professionalism through adherence to our Code of Conduct.

EXAPS is not a regulator, ombudsman, or accreditation body, and we do not provide legal, financial, immigration, or tax advice. We do not guarantee outcomes or service quality, and we are not a party to any agreement between an expat and a provider. Our role is to promote transparency and better standards through clear expectations and a straightforward process for handling concerns related to Code of Conduct behaviour - because integrity does not stop at the border.
